This is done in accordance with the instructions and contracts established with said clients, who act as Data Controllers.

If you have provided your personal data to the Data Controller, you must follow the procedures established in the Data Controller's privacy notice to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data and/or to exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection).

Furthermore, by accessing the digital platform at https://gaiusglobal.com, you acknowledge and accept that it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, record, disseminate, publish, and/or share, in whole or in part, any information, personal data, and/or content included on the platform without the authorization of the respective data subjects and/or for purposes other than those authorized by the Data Controller. You agree to indemnify the Data Controller and/or the Processor against any liability for improper processing of personal data and/or for unauthorized access and/or use.
